They're all in the game, and in the White Sox minor leagues too. Not sure why you aren't seeing them. Try the search function to find them.
They aren't on the 40 man roster because, as I've explained a few times already, the ai auto arranges the 40 man roster as soon as the game is initiated.
So even though they're set right in our db, they may not end up there in your game. Short of Markus changing the code for how OOTP handles the initiation of games there's nothing we can do about getting the 40 man rosters 100% accurate. Sorry
