I'm curious how this works in FHM, in relation to a challenge I am trying.

I am taking over a team in the UK and trying to develop UK hockey and make both the EIHL and UK national team one of the best in the world. So, are you able to improve the team's players that are generated in the youth sides as there is no draft in the EIHL, and how do these academies work? Does it function similarly to Football Manager where the training stats go up with more victory and money, etc? And then your regens get better as this improves?

If not, what would be the best way to try and go about this challenge?
