General Info:
This is the second version of my "NHL Historic FaceGen Library".
The target of the library is to have FaceGens available for every player signed by a NHL team at the start of a game for as many historic seasons as possible.

A library item for a player consists of three files:
1. The *.fg file created with "FaceGen Modeller 3.5" for a player, e.g. "Adam_Deadmarsh_10_5_1975.fg"
2. The *.png file generated for a player based on the *.fg file, e.g. "Adam_Deadmarsh_10_5_1975.png"
3. The source file which was used to generate the *.fg file for a player, e.g. "Adam_Deadmarsh_10_5_1975_S.jpg"

Current library inventory:
The library right now contains 5586 items for 1988 NHL players which were signed by a NHL team in the following seasons:
1990-91 (Added with V1.0)
1991-92 (Added with V1.0)
1992-93 (Added with V1.0)
1993-94 (Added with V1.0)
1994-95 (Added with V1.0)
1995-96 (Added with V1.0)
1996-97 (Added with V1.0)
1997-98 (Added with V2.0)

Missing Players from the library:
I was unable to get any quality source picture to generate FaceGen file for the following 5 players:
Michael_Colman_4_8_1968.png
Tony_Joseph_1_3_1969.png
Mark_Kachowski_20_2_1965.png
Igor_Vyazmikin_8_1_1966.png
Petro_Koivunen_30_5_1970.png

Optionally, I added empty default pictures for those players that can be copied into the global "photos" folder of FHM X.
This prevents creation of a fictional FaceGen pictures for those players!

!!!!! If you own or know any portrait pictures of those players then please contact me !!!!!

The zip-Container which can be downloaded contains the following:
1. A folder "fg_files" which contains the FaceGens of the NHL players
2. A folder "photos" which contains the empty pictures of the NHL players missing from the library
2. A file "fg_files.txt" which contains a list of the NHL players included in this version
4. A file "2018-11-06-jh95-NHL-Historic-FaceGen-Library-V2.0.jpg" with three examples of player pictures based on the FaceGens
3. A file "ReadMe.txt" which contains this description

Setup:
1. Unzip the zip-container file to any directoy.
2. Copy the content of the folder "fg_files" into the "fg_files" folder located in your FHM X installation directory, e.g. "D:\GAMES\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 5\fg_files"
3. Make sure to activate "FaceGen" in your game settings before using the FaceGen files!

Hints:
To get the best looking FaceGen results for players please make sure to have a look at the following settings.
Search for a player with a picture generated based on a FaceGen file after EVERY start of FHM X.
Select the dropdown menu "PICTURE".
1. Choose the value "Not Set" for the option "Set hair color" (Otherwise it seems that there is a space in the corners between the helmet and the face of the player)
2. Choose the value "Grey" for the option "Set eye color" ("Grey" is the most neutral eye color)

Known Issues:
FHM X right now sometimes seems to have issues with the FIRST creation of a picture based on a FaceGen file.
If you think the player looks weird try the option "Import PhotoFit(Facegen) file" in the dropdown menu "PICTURE" and choose the FaceGen file of the player manually.
Most of the time the second generated picture looks better (If not, then the quality of my FaceGen file might be the cause for that issue! ;-))

What Next:
I will add new seasons over time and post updates for the library...
