Does anyone know if the game treats

Code:

<TEXT_CONDITION id="54" value="0"/>

differently from

Code:

<TEXT_CONDITION id="54" value=""/>

?

I ask because I am working on a text editor for the new version of OOTP, and it will add a level of complexity if I need to distinguish between zero and null in my database.
