Would it be possible to get a few versions of this?
18 (9H/9A) against your division - 72 total
12 (6H/6A) against your league's other division - 60 total
3 (flips H/A every other year?) against the other league's 10 opponents - 30 total

Talking to the league and it seems like they might prefer this to eliminate the 2 game series.
