I don't mind it will take a bit longer because of the review process. I just don't want 3rd party software on my computer that has nothing to do with the functionality of FHM in general but is only installed to check if I have paid OOTP.

Are you referring to Steam? You can buy the game straight from esellerate with a license, too. Steam isn't a requirement.
