Told it to keep the starter in for 120 pitches and set the starter hook to "very slow", set all the individual starters to also have very slow hooks. Still it randomly hooks them after 80-90 pitches sometimes even when they are pitching reasonably well which leads to bullpen getting tired out and blowing leads. Wish it would actually allow you to use a pitching staff the way it was actually done for most of baseball's history.
