Cards notes: Three called up from Chandler
With the Chandler Centaurs season ending with a five-game loss to Rochester in their league World Series, three relievers -- right-handers Kurt Moore and Alberto Velez and left-hander Fernando Perez -- have been promoted to the majors to bolster the bullpen for the final two games of the season.
