Hey Sharknut,
When you submit an email to make an OOTP team there should be a verification email that gets sent to you. If you don't verify the new account it should automatically be deleted.
Per the words of our account mod Chris.
"Accounts which are not verified are automatically deleted after 3-4 days.
Then you can create a new account."
So if you've waited this long your 3rd account should be deleted and you can resubmit your third team with the correct email address.
