Here are sets for Malaysia and Singapore, the Singapore set being for the ethnic Chinese of the region (a majority in Singapore). Most Singaporeans have both a Chinese given name and a Western (typically English) nickname, I used a lot of those figuring if they were playing in International leagues they would likely be known by their Western name.

These sets are designed to work together...For Malaysia, 85% Malay set with 10% Sing-Chinese set and 5% Indian. For Singapore, 50% Sing-Chinese set, 40% Malay set and 10% Indian.
I also use the Sing-Chinese set as my primary set for Hong Kong and Macau.
