I am starting a franchise in 1905-1908 range. I had a couple of questions.

1. What do you do with minor leagues? I believe the default option is none. Will minors automatically be created when they did historically? Will players on the reserve list generate season stats, to get some idea of what they are like?

2. Is there a draft each season or just a list of potential FAs?

3. During that era many pitchers pinch hit, played positions or pitched in relief on off days. Will this occur? (I believe there is a setting that will let them pitch in relief).
