There is an issue with my order and I am having a very difficult time getting a response let alone any kind of help. I have sent three emails out to support@ootpdevelopments.com. It has been since August 16th and I have yet to get a response. I have the day off so I tried calling the number they have listed to place an order in the hopes they would be able to at least offer some kind of help in finding a way to get a response or help. She recommended the same email address. When I told her that wasn't working out very well she told me to open a ticket. I registered and now the site to open a ticket is down. This is incredibly frustrating.

Just a side note, I got an email (automated response) when I signed up for the forums in only a few minutes. Why can't I get a response from support?

Update - I have received help. OOTP is a quality company and I am very appreciative that they were able to help me.
