Several members of my league have reported that using a VPN while Downloading the league file when this issue occurs solves the issue.
Another common culprit is a massive faces.dat file. The Commish can use a FTP program like filezilla to upload the file manually WITHOUT the faces.dat file... It is a pain bit it works. Always keep the faces.dat file. do not delete you will need to move it back into your folder.
