I was wondering if there is a way to set up a championship series or game between two different leagues?

I was thinking of creating a Northern European League and Southern European League, separate from each other. Then after each league played out their own playoffs, I was thinking it would be great to have each league's champion play each other for a National Champion.

Is there a way to do this where each league is independent of each other?
