New arena coming for Cincinnati
After relocation rumors have been circling around, Stingers owner Mike Smith confirmed that the team will be staying in Cincinnati after funding was secured for a much needed new arena. The arena will be located next to the old US Bank Arena on the site of an abandoned apartment complex and is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2035-36 season. There has been no announcement on what will happen to the old arena, though sources say it will likely be demolished.
