Tampa Bay Lightning:
The prior GM was top notch and has this team extremely well positioned for the future. After a one year stint in Gold, the team fell back to Silver, in part due to some under performance by several of its key players, but looks poised to bounce back to Gold very quickly. The team has a strong core of young talent and a very well managed minor league system. A good GM should be able to find success with this team in short order and make a run at an elusive Gold Championship. This franchise, despite spending its first 10 or so seasons of existence in Gold and making several playoff finals appearances, has yet to win a Gold Championship.
