Epicenter Baseball League is an OOTP16 online league, we are currently wrapping up the 2016 season and will be beginning the offseason very soon. Now is the perfect time to grab a team and start shaping them into your image.
The entire MLB history has been completely wiped so all records are waiting to be set. HoF voting delay has been reduced from 5 years to 1 year and some other custom rules. EBL also had added a Winter Classic rookie league that starts in November to help speed development of prospects. EBL also always custom team city/name/logo/cap/jersey for all Winter Classic affiliates. We credit ASBA and USBL for many of our custom rules. The league is brand new so it will evolve in the GM's vision.
