I was able to download them just fine a few minutes ago.

The difference between this stadium pack and others is considerable, in my opinion. When looking for stadium images after the release of iOOTP 2013, I didn't see any current options that used recent stadium images -- so I made my own.

For anyone who is also seemingly unable to download the .zip file, I've uploaded the stadium images to an online gallery so you can download each .jpg one-by-one:
