2nd Round, 37th overall pick: RD Zack Davey. The 18 year old 6'0" 201 lbs two way defenseman from Oshawa, ON had 18 goals and 70 points with 326 PIMs in 68 games with the Victoriaville Tigres of the QMJHL.

3rd Round, 67th overall pick. RW Petr Sucharda. The 18 year old 6'0" 202 lbs offensive forward from CZE had 34 goals and 77 points in 64 games with the Saginaw Spirit of the OHL.

4th Round, 97th overall pick: RD Thom Downey. The 18 year old 6'5" 246 lbs two way defenseman from the US had 15 goals and 44 points with 122 PIMs in 70 games with the Everett Silvertips of the WHL.

5th Round, 127th overall pick: RW Darren Shattock. The 20 year old 6'1" 221 lbs two way forward from Winnipeg, MB had 20 goals and 43 points in 76 games with the Manitoba Moose of the AHL.

6th Round, 157th overall pick: RD Phillipe Goulet. The 18 year old 5'10" 192 lbs defensive defenseman from Quebec City. QC had 17 goals and 63 points in 68 games with the Medicine Hat Tigers and Spokane Chiefs of the WHL.
