Missed this somehow. What did you mean "...just recognize the last line of a split decision..." ?
I'm pretty sure something as simple as my earlier suggestion would be doable. Funny thing is, watching a ton of old fights on Youtube I'm surprised how often they announced the scores from each judge straight so you already knew after the first two announced scores who won the fight. Now they're smart enough to maintain a little suspense. If it's unanimous, they don't mention the fighter at all until the end.
Even in my second example above, I'd pause more before announcing the winner's name.
