If you're looking for my handiwork, I'd recommend taking a look at some of the Mexican league stadiums (starts on page 12 of this thread) or
Phoenix Municipal Stadium or
Northwestern Medical Field. Most of the rest are MLB style, so if you want to mess around a bit in sketchup, you could modify them to meet your needs.
Otherwise, you should take a look at eriqjaffe's thread. He is building realistic imitations of MiLB stadiums at the moment, many of which fit your description.
