Hi everyone! I am starting up a new OOTP league (The Illini Baseball League), using updated files incorporating Free Agent Signings and trades from the Winter meetings (any new FA signings will also be added before league starts). The league website can be found at:

We will be simming a week three days per week. I have been in a couple leagues myself, and I have tried to do some things with the league that I have always hoped for including:

--"radically" realingned divisions
--a proceedure for Rule 5 draft
--Arbitatrion in FA process
--and an overseas scouting component
-- New stadium opportunities
--No designated hitter rule
--50% revenue sharing of team broadcasts

Currently all teams are available except the Chicago White Sox, which I am owning. I also moved 3 teams for the new division formats- the DRays to Newark, the Expos to DC, and the Marlins to Orlando. Owners of these teams will be able to design a new stadium immediately. If you are interested please reply or get in touch with me when I am online and let me know what team you are interested in owning. I will do this on a first-come basis.
