I have updated to version 19.9 build 115 on my Mac standalone version, and I still have the issue with creating challenge mode. I select yes for challenge mode but I can still change things like 100% scouting accuracy and going into commissioner mode. I thought I read that it was fixed in the latest patch, was that the intent? I tried both using the MLB quick start and a custom league setup. Thanks!
