Made this one real quick by doubling up a 10-team, 78-game schedule already in the master list & moving some things around to allow for an ASG. It's not 100% perfect (every Thursday is an off day, a bit boring) but it does fit your specs.
Schedule starts on the first Friday in May and therefore ends the first week of August. All-Star Game should be scheduled on day 47 (in 2019, this is Tuesday June 18).
