I just finished the first season of a 204 team (you read that right) fictional league. I have the amateur draft set for December. There are currently 427 SP prospects but only 32 RP in the draft pool.

Is that a normal distribution? It just doesn't seem right to me. If it's not, how can I add more RP to the draft pool?
