I'm getting this fairly regularly (same situation), followed by a crash just like you posted a screen shot of.
I'm running Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

Samsung SSD 850 EVO
NVidia GeForce GTX 970
I play a lot of different games and it is rare I have crashing issues. This version of OOTP is crashing far more than any other version of OOTP I can remember.
