The guy who created Pro Football Simulator would have been a good candidate but I just found out today they he has been working on Draft Day Sports Pro Football by Wolverine Studios. I haven't had good experience with WS as their games tend to be bug infested but Pro Football Simulator had great potential but he (Brooks) often mention it was a hobby creating the game.
