I see gmo has already provided a custom schedule, but I'll just mention this option as well:
You can also use any of the Texas League schedules that ship with OOTP for your league. Those are for an 8-team league with two 4-team divisions and playing a 140 game schedule, and utilize a divisionally weighted format. The only thing to be aware of is that, as minor league schedules, the seasons are shorter, running 151 or 152 days long.
