I had a manager listed with "great" reputation, who won the Manager of the Year award last season. Next season rolls around, and his reputation is now listed as "inexperienced."

Is there possibly a bug where manager repuation will decrease/fluctuate that rapidly in one season?

Also, he has 27 years experience!
