Yeah, there was only one Smokey Joe (or Cyclone Joe) Williams. He pitched from 1907-1932. There was also an infielder named Joe Williams (NOT Smokey Joe) who played very briefly for the Chicago American Giants in 1939. His minors ID is willia008joe:
