Glad people are open to the idea of fictional card sets. At the least, it's a decent alternative for those who want it.

I haven't figured a way around this. If you go into the xml files, you can replace the "font_name" field with a different font on the line that includes the [%PERSON_NAME] token. In this set, I use a couple of different fonts, and the full list can be found in BMW's excellent
guide to customizing cards.
