I think Kris said in the monday stream that
1) team collections will change via new cards or trades (e.g. you need Encarnacion to complete the Yankees mission but you don't need him anymore for the Mariners one).
2) they won't add new missions before the AS break and I think he said there's no plan yet how frequently they'll release new ones.
