1983 Top 100 Prospects
The top overall prospect is an 18-year-old in the Astros International Complex. Augusto Carpio's scouting report reads as follows, "Carpio has the highest ceiling imaginable as an elite center fielder."
The top pitcher is last year's top draftee -- Dusty Maga. He is close to being a finished product and still has an elite ceiling.
