Edit: Never mind. Just found it again.
On the League's "Find a player" search screen, there is a checkbox for "from <city> area".

Excellent feature! Thanks much, OOTP 18 crew!

I recently set up a new league. I am nearly certain that I saw an option along the lines of "Find players near city", when I was choosing the home city for all my teams.

But now I am not able to find that feature again.

Was I imagining things or does such a feature exist in the game?
If so, where do I find it within the game menus?
