Simply put them in the respective folders ...
.../saved games/xxx.lg/news/html/images/team logos respectively .../league logos
Then you can select them in-game by going to settings --> modify team colors
Or you go to League Settings and select the folders for logos, caps and jerseys, close the game and open your league again ... that should load most of them, too
