Notable Feats:

Notable Injuries:
Sanho Busones, Newark Millers, is out 4-5 months with a ruptured achilles tendon (.312-4-20)

GM Thoughts/Notes: The offense has slowed down some, well the whole team has slowed down some, except for the defense. We are #3 in runs scored, #2 in runs against (just fell from #1) and our pitchers ERA is now #2 (both were #1 last week). Consistency is our downfall, on the offense and defense. The one thing we can do, is steal bases, lead the league with 60 (next best is 34)... We are close to pulling off a trade, shopping Tsuneo Sato around. I am may be ready to pull the tigger... I don't want to trade Sweetapple, but from the looks of it, I may have no option. The owner Bill Parker doesn't want to part with any money and we are about 11 million away from being able to sign him. If it does happen it will be the trade that rocks Norfolk... Ron Alder hit the ball a little bit better this week getting his average over .200 for the first time this year.
