That would be the Charter Oak Belt made by Shane for me. We are called both the Nutmeg State and the Charter Oak State. It goes back to the CT Charter being hid in an old oak tree in Hartford to avoid being found by the Marauding Brits. The Oak tree in question survived into this last century I believe.
I absolutely have to have something local for Pep, Starling, Mann, Boardman, Remillard and the rest of the Nutmeggers to tussle over.
