The APBL, CPBL, and AuBL leagues go to the Pacific Challenge. I listed the Eurasian Challenge on the team history summaries since the Pacific Challenge is only taking place for the first time this year, so all prior appearances those teams had were technically in the Eurasian Challenge.
Eventually, the South Asian league will also feed into it. And at some point, I'm considering consolidating the APBL and CPBL into one but I'm undecided on that one.
