I just started a quickstart game and kicked things off with a fantasy draft. I am still in the preseason and my active roster size is 40. Three times I have made my roster moves and narrowed down my 40 man to 25 since I don't use ST and I wanted to see where I was weak with my current lineup. For some reason, the AI keeps filling the active roster back up to 40 as well as making minor league promotions/demotions. I am playing in Manager and GM mode, playing as commissioner and in the manager settings I have it set to where all actions are under only my control. Is there another setting that I am missing out on? I have been playing the game forever and I can't seem to remember another setting that I have overlooked. Any suggestions?
