Sim league has 1 opening, we use OOTP to sim the games (you do NOT have to own the game, but it is helpful). 28 teams, max of 225 players per team. 40 man rosters, options, free agency, budgets, amateur and international drafts. This league has basically every aspect of being a real life GM. We are in year 19 or so. Email for more info.
