I've posted about this before in OOTP 17 and never got a response.. its still happening here in OOTP 19.

When I had another commissioner publish a new file and attempted to download it, my team has a full DFA list with players that are not mine (all listed at 0 days left) and the player cards when hovered over do not even match those players.
