When u start your save u will see the yellow bar & what files are loading above it, in build 50 Facegen was the last file to load, but now I get "finish loading" and the game starts, in the setting screen on the main page facegen is checked, but in the "setup/option" then to "facegen setting" the 2 boxes that need to be checked u can't check them.
Like I said I have updated everything I can even my Chipset is updated, Graphic card is updated, my OpenGL is version 3.1
