You'd have to edit the "english file". Replace all the he/hims. Should be easily done in Notepad++.
I think the storylines can also be edited. Delete the ones more specific. Or better yet, just turn storylines off. Just remember to save the original files before you do any editing.
Also, you'd have to go back and forth between default and edited english files. Might be annoying if you're currently playing a few saves.
