I don't really care either way to be honest. I don't care what he says or does. In my opinion, it's not abuse. In yours it is. We will agree to disagree.

Edit: I also think if it was SO abusive someone would have said something to him. No one said a word. Not one single person. I wouldn't tolerate being "abused" by a co-worker. Would you?
