Just to update, Matt (Calzones) and others have now determined that the fraudster controlled four teams in PEBA/LRS at once, under the names Charlie Cooper, Rick Watts, Donald Waters and Dylan Ortega. He was also Shannon Franklin, who was earlier kicked out of the league for illicit activities. The trades among these teams were in the dozens. The damage this fraudster wrought is forcing a reconstruction of the sister leagues that is still being debated.
Jonas Pine was not part of this and continues to be a member in good standing of PEBA.
