In the interest of fairness, we have conclusively proven that Charlie Cooper and Dylan Ortega were the same person through researching our IP logs on both our forums and in statslab. The following thread details where we are in investigating this fraud. We are also convinced he had another alias that was previously kicked out of the league.

We believe at this point that Jonas Pine, Rick Watts, and Donald Walters were caught up in this by Charlie trying to get into their accounts. We believe they are all innocent, and we are making every effort to prove that. I wouldn't want those names tarnished in the OOTP community because of the actions of one idiot. It's completely unfair to them.
