This is a premier OOTP league that values deadlines and participation/communication by all of its league members including myself the commissioner.
We have many members that chip in to help out because they feel appreciated and respected in the league. We have two separate podcasts that you can listen too that highlight some of the competitive passion in the league.
You can also email any of our GMs about how we operate things and I'm sure you will always get one consistent answer back.
