All players who've played in the NHL are in the drafts. You can edit the Jets back to Atlanta, but it'll change back at the start of each season until 2017-18. If you have drafts turned on, the drafts will be different from the real-life ones; to get the players arriving on their real teams you have to set the draft to off in the setup.
