I must have done a really bad job describing these leagues because they are area about as different as 2 leagues can be without revolving around different sports. Maybe take a look at the 'reports' links for each league and you'll get a better feel for them.

If it helps, I am commissioner and a GM in EI and a GM only in A3. Just doing a little dual recruiting under the one thread.
