NAME SCANDAL ROCKS LEAGUE!

In shocking news far overshadowing opening day in 1901, a massive conspiracy to hide the identities of Dominican and Cuban players was uncovered. At the center of it was last year's top prospect, formerly known as Apsuhomya Prusko. His real name is Yago Pimentel and there are some who believe that his current UCL injury, causing him to miss the entire season, is not an accident.

In total, over 140 Dominican and Cuban players were found to be mixed up in this scandal. Also of note was the pitcher who threw the first pitch in league history, Louis-Alexandre Darger, now known as Bernaldino Loma.
